Returns & refunds
We want you to love your wall art. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to return an item
- Get in touch through our contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Send the item back unused and well packed, so it is not damaged on the way to us.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method. This normally happens within 14 days of you telling us you want to return it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 24 hours after the order is placed. Contact us with your order number and we will take care of it.
